显示的物流信息是什么意思？







操作信息表示运输商已经收到包裹信息，还没有收到包裹或者是运输商已收到包裹，但包裹还未被发出。




常见包裹预上网信息


Accepted/Mailed：已收件

Pre-advised：包裹信息预上网

Pre-advice Received

Pre-registered/Pre-registrado：包裹信息已登记

Info-received

Electronic notification of shipment：装运电子通知，包裹开始打包运送

Electronic Notification Received

Item is announced

data centre, Order information has been transmitted to：包裹信息已发送至运输商

The item information was created by the seller

Parcel Data Received

Post received the information

The item information was created by the seller

Shipping information received

Notification of shipment confirmation

常见包裹接收信息

Item received by courier/Acceptance/Posted：运输商已接收包裹

如果包裹状态长时间未更新，可以联系转运公司确认包裹是否实际发出。







运输商收到包裹后将包裹处理分拣发出；




以下列举一些常见的包裹离开信息，表示包裹已从发件地区/国家发出，但还未到达目的地。





离开原发件国信息

Send item abroad (EDI-received)：表明包裹已经发出，其物流信息已经同步到目的地的邮政系统，因此目的地的查询系统也能查到该包裹的跟踪信息

Send item abroad (export)：已出口

Departure to country of destination：发往目的地

On transport to the country of destination

Departure from outward office of exchange

Departure scan：离开

Otb：已离开发件地区/国家

包裹的运输时长通常取决于运输商的分布网络，海关检查，航班安排等等；




若物流信息状态更新较慢，建议耐心等待，必要时直接联系转运公司。







海关检查是国际运输中至关重要的一个步骤。




通常情况下，包裹到达目的地地区/国家后，需要经过海关审查这一过程。以下列举一些常见的海关信息：




常见的海关信息

Inbound Into customs：送至海关

Clearance event：海关清关

Handed to customs

Held by customs

Submission to customs authorities

The item is pending customs inspection at the destination

Customs Clearing. Missing or Incorrect Invoice：清关中，发票缺失或错误

Awaiting presentation to Customs

Item contents counterfeit or pirated goods：盗版和假冒商品

Importation of the goods is restricted：限制进口产品

Prohibited articles：违禁品

Retained by customs for unspecified reason

Awaiting payment customs taxes：等待支付关税

Inbound Out of Customs

Customs inspect complete 海关检查结束

如果包裹状态长时间未更新，可以联系转运公司或者当地海关协助清关。







包裹到达目的地地区/国家后，将被转送至最终的派送局。此时只需耐心等待邮递员派送包裹。

如果包裹派送延迟或者没有收到包裹，请直接联系当地运输商咨询相关信息。





包裹投递失败一般因为这些原因：派送时间无法联系收件人；派送延迟，重新安排派送时间；收件人要求延迟派送；地址错误，等等。




未妥投状态

Redirected：重新派送

Undelivered as addressed：因为地址问题无法派送

The recipient was not present：收件人不在

Did not properly cast：未妥投

Attempted/Failed Delivery：投递失败

Delivery failure

Delivery incomplete

Item being held

Item not delivered

Available to collect：可以提货

Unsuccessful delivery attempt

Consignee address not correct：地址错误

An attempt to deliver your item：尝试投递

Unable to deliver as there was no access to the delivery address

The address given on the item is incorrect

Impossible to locate the addressee's place of stay

The addressee does not reside at the given address

Incorrect/illegible/incomplete address：地址不正确/不合法/不完整

Unsuccessful delivery attempt. Notice left：大部分情况下，如果收件人不在，邮递员会留下便条通知，需联系当地邮局协商重新派送时间

Delivery failure, Addressee has p.o.box, Addressee advised to pick up the item：通知收件人自提包裹

Unsuccessful delivery attempt, Impossible to contact customer for information

Refusal of payment customs charges ：拒付关税，无法投递




这种情况下，建议直接联系当地运输商协商重新派送时间；协商提货地点；或者修改地址。







大多数情况下，包裹出现这些情况时会被退件：包裹长时间未被认领；地址信息错误或不完整；海关问题；包裹丢失/损伤等等。




异常状态


Item not allowed (x-ray) and rejected：这表示包裹包含违禁品，没有通过X光的扫描，被退回


Exchange Bureau, has imported opening：互换局，已出口开拆

Item refused by addressee - Item returned to sender：收件人拒收包裹，包裹退回

Missed delivery - returned to sender

Return to sender

Addressee being notified

Being returned

Import each other (internal transit)：已进口互封

Exception：异常

The item is being returned to the sender：包裹正被退回

Item unclaimed：包裹未被认领

Return to sender, Addressee cannot be located

Prohibited articles：违禁品




如果包裹正在被退回或者已经退回，请大家直接联系转运公司协商解决方案。







签收信息表示包裹已经被成功派送和签收。
